Every piece in this studio can be specified to your dimensions, your chosen finish, and your spatial requirement. Enquiries are handled personally, and every proposal is accompanied by a full material specification.
Materials & Craft
2mm cold-rolled steel. Not chosen for cheapness or availability. Chosen because at this gauge, the sheet holds a fold without distortion and carries a powder coat without showing the substrate beneath.
Laser cutting at ±0.1mm tolerance is not a feature — it is the standard below which a clean shadow line on a folded edge is impossible. The cut edge is the product's first impression of itself.
Machine-scored lines folded along industrial CNC press brakes to achieve single-sheet stability. There are no welding joints, leaving pure geometric edges.
Three stages. A zinc phosphate pre-treatment. An electrostatic primer. A thermoplastic top coat applied at 190°C. The result is a surface with 60–80μm thickness that is harder than most powder coats.
Each piece is made to order in our studio. We hold the line at 14 to 18 business days to ensure precision checks before final delivery packaging.
